FUTA Post Utme 2015 Application Form

Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA, has announced commencement of sales of Post UTME form for 2015.

Prospective FUTA candidates should visit any bank branch that is on the eTranzact Platform Nationwide and Complete a Bank Deposit Teller indicating your details:

    UTME Registration Number
    Full Name
    Course
    School
    Note: Your UTME Registration number and Full name correctly as it appears on Jamb Result Slip

Instead of the account number, indicate:

    FUTA Post-UTME (For non-Direct Entry Applicants) or
    FUTA Post-UTME for DE (Direct Entry Applicants & Those that have done change of institution from FUTA to other Institutions only)

Make a total payment of N4, 000.00 (exclusive of bank commission/charges), which includes:

    N2, 000.00 for the screening and;
    an additional fee of N2, 000.00 for download of FUTA Post-UTME past questions.

Obtain the eTranzact Payment Receipt after payment.
